Can you get charm pet in Pre Sear? If yes where is it? And where can I get all of the ranger pre sear skills

You get your pet in Regent's Valley. You get the skill to charm it from the Ranger Trainer there. May I suggest you browse these forums as i am sure you will learn a lot. Just go to anyone in the game who has a green exclamation mark above their heads...do the quests and don't be in a hurry...seems to me you aren't reading the quests.
